30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.

Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation by contacting us directly.
- If the order has already been shipped, you must return the items to us.
- Please note that return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at help@moroccanrug.shop. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue.
- Once the item is returned in the same condition as delivered, we will issue a full refund for the order.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
