Shipment Processing Time
- Ready-to-go Products:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays). After processing, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. - Made-to-order Products:
For custom orders, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to produce your item before shipment. Once completed, you will receive a tracking number, and your package will ship promptly.
If you need to make changes to your order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your details, but changes may not be possible after the order has been processed or dispatched. Any delivery address changes after shipment may incur additional charges.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- For ready-to-go products, your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after processing. A tracking number will be sent to your email once the package is shipped.
- For made-to-order products, we will keep you updated throughout the production process. Once the product is complete, we’ll provide a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MoroccanRug.shop is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs imposed on your order. All additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- For US customers: Our products are exempt from customs duties or taxes.
- We are not responsible if your order is held or delayed by customs in your country.
